Klatakan Village, Kendit District, Situbondo Regency, has agricultural, tourism, and institutional potential, yet public information is still delivered through notice boards and word of mouth, leaving residents' access to information on governance, activities, and village potential limited, slow, and poorly documented. This community service activity aimed to build a content management system (CMS)-based profile website for Klatakan Village to improve public information services, government transparency, promotion of tourism and MSMEs, and the digital literacy of village officials. A participatory approach comprising needs analysis, design, implementation, training, mentoring, and evaluation was applied over six weeks from 13 June 2026. The website was built with PHP and MySQL and includes an admin dashboard so that officials can update content independently. It presents the village profile and history, officials, village data, news, a gallery, and announcements, and was handed over to the Klatakan Village Government together with the inauguration of its managers. Black-box functional testing showed that 7 of 7 scenarios (100%) ran as expected, and five of eight planned outputs were achieved. The activity provides an official, village-managed information channel and a basis for developing budget transparency, MSME catalogue, and online correspondence modules.
