Call for Papers 2027: SMATIKA Jurnal Volume 17

SMATIKA Jurnal: STIKI Informatika Jurnal invites original research articles, systematic literature reviews, and case studies in Computer Science, Information Systems, Information Technology, Software Engineering, and Computer Engineering for Volume 17 (2027). The journal is published four times a year.

Schedule 2027

  • No. 1 (March): submission deadline 15 January 2027; final decision 18 March 2027; publication 31 March 2027
  • No. 2 (June): submission deadline 15 April 2027; final decision 17 June 2027; publication 30 June 2027
  • No. 3 (September): submission deadline 15 July 2027; final decision 17 September 2027; publication 30 September 2027
  • No. 4 (December): submission deadline 15 October 2027; final decision 17 December 2027; publication 30 December 2027

Submissions are accepted throughout the year. Each manuscript is screened within 7 days and then evaluated through double-blind peer review by at least two reviewers (up to 4 weeks), followed by 2 weeks for revision. A manuscript is published in the earliest issue whose final-decision date it meets; otherwise it moves to the next issue. All manuscripts follow the same review process.

Submission requirements

  • Written in English, using the latest SMATIKA Template without changing its styles.
  • Three files uploaded in OJS: the Anonymized Manuscript, the Title Page and Declarations (SMATIKA Title Page Template), and the Similarity Report (Turnitin), maximum 20% excluding quotations and references.
  • All authors entered in OJS exactly as on the Title Page; authorship changes are not permitted after peer review begins.
  • At least 25 references (at least 80% primary sources and at least 80% from the last 10 years) in IEEE style.
  • All seven Declarations completed, including the disclosure of any AI use.

Fees: Submission Fee IDR 150,000; Publication Fee IDR 350,000. Licence: open access under CC BY-SA 4.0; authors retain copyright.
