Abstrak

Kecerdasan Buatan (AI) menantang peran tenaga pendidik di bidang pendidikan dengan potensi penggantian oleh AI, yang dapat mengurangi relevansi dan keberlanjutan peran tenaga pendidik. Penelitian ini fokus pada solusi inovatif dengan menerapkan Role Play Model dan Project-Based Learning. Metodologi menggunakan systematic literature review dengan biblioshiny. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penerapan Role Play Model dan Project-Based Learning oleh tenaga pendidik dapat mengurangi risiko penggantian oleh AI. Interaksi aktif dan bimbingan tenaga pendidik memberikan kontribusi signifikan terhadap pemahaman dan keterampilan siswa yang tidak sepenuhnya dapat digantikan oleh kecerdasan buatan. Studi ini memberikan pandangan berharga untuk memastikan keberlanjutan peran tenaga pendidik di era AI dan transformasi digital.
