Guidelines
General Information
- The manuscript must be original, never previously published in any scientific journal, not submitted elsewhere for publication, and will not be submitted to any other media during the review process unless the author has officially withdrawn the manuscript from the J-Intech Journal.
- J-Intech Journal uses Similarity Check to prevent plagiarism in manuscripts.
- The manuscript covers various topics within the scope of J-Intech Journal as a scientific publication medium, including research works and designs in the fields of Information Systems, Information Technology, and other relevant topics.
- This journal is published twice a year, in June and December.
- Each author intending to publish their paper in this journal must comply with all established rules and regulations.
- Published articles are openly accessible to the public.
Manuscript Requirements
- Manuscripts must be written in English and follow standard scientific conventions.
- Manuscripts must be prepared in Microsoft Word format
- Manuscripts should be typed in Cambria font, size 10pt, single-spaced, and in a single-column format.
- Each table or figure should be numbered sequentially, provided with a title relevant to its content, and accompanied by a citation source. The citation source should be enclosed in parentheses, written in Cambria font, size 10 pt. Table or figure titles should be centered.
Manuscript Structure Requirements
Title
The title should reflect the research findings and variables and must not exceed 15 words.
Abstract and Keywords
The abstract should describe the research objectives, methods, and results in a single paragraph consisting of 100–200 words.
Keywords should be written below the abstract and separated by semicolons (;). The heading Keywords must be written in bold and italic (Cambria, 10 pt), and the keywords themselves must also be written in bold and italic (Cambria, 10 pt).
Introduction
The introduction must include the research problem, the proposed problem-solving approach, research objectives, and a theoretical review of previous studies relevant to the topic. It should clearly explain the research gap, provide comparisons with existing studies, and offer reinforcement to sharpen the novelty of the study.
The introduction must be written in continuous paragraph form without subheadings, numbering, or bullet points.
Research Methods
This section should describe the research design and clearly explain the procedures used so the study can be replicated. It must include the study design, research scope or object, materials and tools, data collection techniques, and data analysis methods. The explanation should be systematic and transparent.
Results
The results section presents the research findings objectively and systematically, in accordance with the research methods. Any tables or figures used must include sources. Each table or figure must be referenced explicitly in the explanation below it.
Discussion
The discussion interprets the research results based on existing theories and previous studies. It should explain new insights gained from the findings and include the researcher’s reflection grounded in the literature review. Authors must compare their findings with previous studies, highlighting both similarities and differences. The discussion should focus on answering the research objectives and should avoid unnecessary repetition.
Conclusion
The conclusion should provide a concise and clear synthesis of the discussion, demonstrating the significance of the findings, theoretical contributions, and practical implications. It must be written in a coherent paragraph and include research limitations and recommendations for future studies.
References
The manuscript must contain at least 20 references. Only sources cited in the article should appear in the reference list, which must be arranged alphabetically. References should preferably be primary and recent sources. At least 80% of references should come from journal articles published within the last five years, except in fields with limited recent developments.
Citations and references must be managed using a reference manager (e.g., Mendeley) and formatted in IEEE style using Cambria font, size 10 pt.
