Pengaruh Tata Kelola Koperasi dan Manajemen Koperasi yang Baik terhadap Kinerja Koperasi Melalui Motivasi Kerja Koperasi Perempuan di Jawa Timur

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menciptakan model evaluasi bagaimana manajemen koperasi dan tata kelola koperasi yang baik mempengaruhi kinerja koperasi di Indonesia melalui motivasi karyawan. Memanfaatkan desain penelitian kausalitas kuantitatif, metodologi tersebut menggambarkan hubungan sebab-akibat (komparatif), memiliki hipotesis penelitian yang divalidasi dengan metode statistik, dan menjelaskan setiap variabel yang mendesak (penelitian eksplorasi). Temuan penelitian menunjukkan bahwa koperasi perempuan di Jawa Timur telah aktif diorganisir melalui tata kelola koperasi yang baik dan administrasi koperasi. Motivasi anggota, yang dipengaruhi oleh variabel ekstrinsik dan intrinsik, juga mempengaruhi kinerja kooperatif. Dampak pengelolaan koperasi dan praktik tata kelola koperasi yang baik terhadap koperasi perempuan di Jawa Timur. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa tata kelola koperasi yang baik merupakan aspek penting yang harus diperhatikan saat meningkatkan kinerja koperasi.
