Model AHP untuk Menentukan Prioritas Tema Kegiatan Keilmuan Berdasarkan Preferensi Mahasiswa

Penentuan tema kegiatan keilmuan di perguruan tinggi umumnya masih bergantung pada pertimbangan subjektif penyelenggara sehingga belum sepenuhnya mencerminkan kebutuhan mahasiswa. Penelitian ini bertujuan membangun model rekomendasi tema workshop menggunakan metode Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) dengan mengintegrasikan preferensi mahasiswa dan pertimbangan akademik program studi. Data penelitian berasal dari 23 kegiatan workshop Universitas Bhinneka Nusantara (UBHINUS) periode 2022– 2025 yang menghasilkan 1.551 respons umpan balik. Setelah proses data cleaning, diperoleh 1.109 respons valid. Melalui proses ekstraksi, satu respons dapat menghasilkan lebih dari satu usulan tema sehingga diperoleh 1.142 tema yang kemudian dikategorikan menggunakan pendekatan rule-based text classification berbasis pencocokan kata kunci. Implementasi AHP difokuskan pada studi kasus workshop Laravel Filament Mastery: Creating Dynamic CRUD Interfaces dengan 49 respons umpan balik dan lima alternatif tema workshop yang memiliki frekuensi usulan tertinggi. Tiga kriteria yang digunakan meliputi frekuensi usulan mahasiswa, relevansi kurikulum program studi, dan relevansi profil lulusan. Hasil pembobotan menghasilkan bobot kriteria masing-masing sebesar 0,648; 0,230; dan 0,122 dengan nilai Consistency Ratio (CR) sebesar 0,0047 yang menunjukkan penilaian konsisten. Hasil sintesis prioritas global menempatkan Artificial Intelligence (AI) sebagai rekomendasi utama dengan skor 30,74%, diikuti General IT/TI sebesar 29,34%, Mobile Development sebesar 16,09%, Desain UI/UX sebesar 15,81%, dan Pemrograman Web sebesar 8%. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa AHP mampu menghasilkan rekomendasi tema kegiatan yang lebih objektif, konsisten, dan selaras dengan kebutuhan mahasiswa serta tujuan akademik program studi.
