Submission Preparation Checklist

Before you begin, confirm that your submission meets all of the following requirements (see the Author Guidelines).

• The manuscript is original, written in Indonesian or English, and has not been published or submitted to another journal.
• The manuscript uses the latest official MAVIS template without changing its styles; tables and figures (minimum 300 dpi) are placed in the text where they are first discussed.
• You will upload three files: (1) the Anonymized Manuscript, with all author names, affiliations, acknowledgements, funding details, and other identifying information removed (also from the document properties); (2) the Title Page and Declarations, using the MAVIS Title Page Template; and (3) the Similarity Report (Turnitin), with a similarity index of no more than 20% excluding quotations and references.
• All authors will be entered in the Contributors step, with exactly the same number, order, names, affiliations, and e-mail addresses as on the Title Page. Every author has approved the submission. Changes in authorship are not permitted after peer review begins.
• The title is written in Indonesian and English, no more than 15 words each; the abstract is written in Indonesian and English, 100–200 words each; there are 3–5 keywords in each language.
• The reference list has at least 25 references (at least 80% primary sources and at least 80% from the last 10 years) in IEEE style, without chained citations.
• All seven Declarations are completed: Use of AI (naming each tool, its purpose, and the sections concerned), Conflict of Interest, Data Availability, and Ethical Approval in the manuscript; Author Contributions (CRediT), Acknowledgements, Funding, and identifying ethics details on the Title Page.
